For the majority of our APAC attendees, entering Indonesia is a straightforward process. As of 2026, most visitors fall into one of the following categories:
- ASEAN Nations: Citizens of most ASEAN countries (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand) typically enter Visa-Exempt for stays up to 30 days. You will only need your passport (valid for at least 6 months) and a return ticket.
- e-VOA (Electronic Visa on Arrival): For many other nationalities (including Australia, New Zealand, and India), you can apply for a B1 e-VOA via the official Indonesian Immigration portal before you fly. This is usually approved in minutes.
- Bali Tourist Levy: All international visitors to Bali must pay the mandatory Bali Tourist Levy (IDR 150,000). This should be paid via the Love Bali portal before arrival to receive your entry QR code.
While the e-VOA system is sufficient for most, we are happy to provide a supporting letter if your specific nationality or corporate policy requires it.
